Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the charm of this town. With the harbor just a short walk away, you can easily catch a boat to explore the surrounding lakes. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and helpful staff. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and is a great way to start your day. Plus, if you're hungry later, the adjoining restaurant is a convenient option to have dinner.

The room decor is a bit outdated, but it certainly doesn't take away from the comfort and coziness of the stay.

Excellent location. Close to railway station, just in front of market square. Ideal base for sightseeing travellers.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, and the hotel was within walking distance of many dining options.

There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, and parking had to be done on the street.

I absolutely loved this place! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. The train station, restaurants, shops, and even the lake are all within walking distance. And speaking of the lake, my room had a stunning view of it. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. The staff here are also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If I ever come back to this town, I will definitely be staying here again.

Iti is very nice view from the rooms on the river. Also we like the night club with live music, dances and disco.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in a small Finnish town. the location was great, close to the castle and right in the center. There were many options for dining and shopping around. the breakfast was impressive, with lots of variety and good quality products. the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit noisy as it was located near a night club. the internet connection was not very good either.

Nice personel was very helpfull. Cosy room with very comfortable beds was quiet and equiped with almost everything we needed.

Could be nice to have a kettle in the room. A hot cup of tee or coffee tonight is a must for families with kids.

A possibility to stay with children (a room for 2 adults + 2 children). This was the main point while searching for a hotel.

I expected that in a room I would have a kettle and few tea bags, but I did not find any. A receptionist explained me that tea bags/coffee packs are not assumed to be in a room, though I may get a kettle if I need it. A good thing is that a receptionist gave me glasses and knife (which I also did not find in a room). Not having tea bags and coffee put a negative sight about your hotel, but a gentle receptionist improved my opinion about your hotel. I'll answer "no" to the next question, because you do not provide very simple and expectable thing like a tea bags, but after all it is more or less acceptable.

The hotel offered a "family room" for four persons. When we arrived, we got a room with two beds and a small, cheap guest coach, which not even had bed frame. I don't know, how children - even small children - are supposed to sleep in such an arrangement. Moreover, the hotel especially advertises their sauna on the internet (view on two lakes...) - on arrival however it turned out, that the sauna would cost additional 45 Euros! In Finnland, where all hotels we visited, even the cheapest ones, offer this for free! Almost all other facilities were closed or overprized as well. So our summary: Lots of announcements - few deliveries.
